At Glitterpaws, we’re lucky to witness small, everyday miracles — but every now and then, one truly stops you in your tracks.

On the 28th of February, Juliette welcomed her litter of 6 babies into the world. Tiny, fragile, and full of potential, these kittens weighed between just 84 and 110 grams, with an average of 96 grams. They fit in the palm of your hand — delicate little beginnings.

Fast forward just three weeks…

Those same kittens now weigh between 340 and 500 grams, averaging 412 grams each. That’s an average gain of 316 grams per kitten in just 21 days — an extraordinary transformation in such a short time.

And here’s the part that really makes you pause: Juliette herself weighs only 3kg, yet she has produced and nourished nearly 1.9kg of kitten in that time.

This tiny queen has quite literally created life, sustained it, and helped it thrive — all while giving every ounce of herself. No wonder she’s eating everything in sight.

It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day of feeding, cleaning, weighing, and routine checks. But moments like this remind us to step back and reflect on what’s really happening.

From fragile beginnings to thriving little personalities, these kittens are a testament to good genetics, attentive care, and an incredible mother doing exactly what she was made to do.
